Lufthansa – Disappointing Service

What Makes Lufthansa’s Service so Disappointing?
Last November I booked a ticket on Lufthansa’s website to travel round-trip between Brussels and Los Angeles.   Immediately after booking my ticket I regretted having chosen Lufthansa and its Star Alliance partners for this trip.  For what should have been a simple care-free trans-Atlantic trip to visit family over the winter holidays, I’ve had to try to deal with the customer service departments of Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, and Miles & More at every stage of my journey and even afterwards.

Summary

Lufthansa's Customer Service before, during and after travel is extremely disappointing, especially given its place on the market. Lufthansa clearly does not value its customers flying in Economy.
